Overcurrent protection
Overcurrent protection (OCP) involves using devices like fuses and circuit breakers to automatically interrupt electrical circuits when the current exceeds safe limits, thereby preventing damage to equipment, wiring, and reducing fire hazards.

Charging anti-reverse protection
Reverse polarity protection is a circuit protection function in the charging system. When the positive and negative poles of the charger are connected incorrectly, it can automatically prevent the reverse flow of current, preventing damage to the battery and charging equipment due to incorrect polarity connection. It also has overcharge and over-discharge protection functions to ensure battery safety.
Temperature protection
Battery over-temperature protection is a critical safety system that prevents a battery from overheating by using sensors to monitor its temperature and take action, such as shutting down charging or discharging processes, if it exceeds a safe limit.
Short-circuit protection
Short-circuit protection is a safety mechanism in an electrical system that prevents excessive current flow and potential damage or fire hazards by automatically disconnecting power when a short circuit occurs.

What volt (V) battery should I buy?
When replacing a battery, you should use the same voltage as the original vehicle. The original battery's voltage is usually marked. If not, check the original battery charger. If the output is 36V or 42V, the original battery is 36V. If the output is 48V or 54.6V, the battery is 48V. If the output is 60V or 67.2V, the original battery is 60V. If you encounter any of these conditions, please contact customer service.
What battery capacity (AH) should I use?
Capacity represents the amount of energy a battery can store. When buying a battery, you only need to ensure that the voltage (V) matches the battery. The capacity is the usable capacity. The range is determined by the capacity; the greater the capacity, the greater the range.
How do I choose the right size?
If the battery case is the same as ours, it will work. If it's different, you can check the dimensions and it will fit the case. You can also order a custom case. Please contact customer service for details.
Why are the prices so high?
Due to issues with lithium battery manufacturing and materials, they are slightly more expensive than lead-acid batteries. However, overall, they offer a better price-performance ratio. Lithium batteries have a lifespan of over five years. Based on the market average replacement time of one and a half years, three sets of batteries would need to be replaced in five years, resulting in a total price tag exceeding half that of lithium batteries.
