Automated Laser Welding
Our automated laser spot welding process, integrated with a precision terminal positioning system, enables deeper and more controlled welding. This ensures the melt depth and width of each weld point fully meet stringent standards, reduces internal resistance and voltage differences within the cell, and completely eliminates cold welds. As a result, the battery module achieves optimal performance and stability.

Based on extensive experience in lithium-ion technology, Greatech has developed a new generation of Energy Storage with two key advantages:
1.Greatech lithium batteries utilize prismatic cells featuring superior LiFePO4 (Lithium Iron Phosphate) technology. These cells deliver long cycle life and high energy density, making LiFePO4 the preferred choice for industrial and logistics applications. Importantly, this technology is non-flammable and non-explosive, even in the event of battery damage.
2.The batteries feature comprehensive protection. Cells are integrated into modules with laser-welded terminals, which effectively lower internal resistance and minimize the risk of poor connections.

Battery storage systems guarantee a continuous energy supply, even at times when the energy grid is unstable due to peaks in demand or extreme weather.
