Automated Laser Welding

Our automated laser spot welding process, integrated with a precision terminal positioning system, enables deeper and more controlled welding. This ensures the melt depth and width of each weld point fully meet stringent standards, reduces internal resistance and voltage differences within the cell, and completely eliminates cold welds. As a result, the battery module achieves optimal performance and stability.
