Safety and Precautions
| Keep away from high temperature environments | Batteries can become unstable at high temperatures and may even cause explosions or fires. Avoid placing batteries in direct sunlight or near heat sources (such as heaters and stoves). Avoid leaving batteries in enclosed spaces like cars where temperatures can rise for extended periods of time during hot weather. |
| Prevent short circuits | Direct contact between the positive and negative terminals of a battery can cause a short circuit, instantly generating a large amount of heat and potentially posing a dangerous risk. When storing and using batteries, ensure that the battery terminals do not come into contact with metal objects (such as keys or coins). Do not disassemble the battery packaging at will, as this could damage the insulation. |
| Charge correctly | Use an appropriate charger. Batteries of different types and specifications often require specific charging equipment. If the charger is not matched, it may cause abnormal charging voltage and current, damage battery life and even cause safety problems. Follow the charging time and charging method specified in the manual to avoid overcharging, which can increase internal pressure in the battery, causing bulging, leakage, and even explosion. When charging, it should be placed in a well-ventilated place to facilitate heat dissipation and prevent heat accumulation. |
| Proper storage | If the battery is not used for a long time, it should be removed and stored in a dry, cool place out of the reach of children. At the same time, avoid placing the battery with corrosive substances to prevent corrosion of the battery casing, which may affect performance and safety. For different types of batteries (such as dry batteries, lithium batteries, etc.), try to store them separately to prevent adverse effects such as chemical reactions between them. |

What is your product warranty period? What does this warranty cover?
Our lithium battery packs have a one-year warranty. During the warranty period, if the product develops a problem due to manufacturing defects, we will repair or replace it free of charge. However, please note that problems caused by improper use (such as overcharging, over-discharging, short circuiting, and unauthorized disassembly) are not covered by this warranty.
