Send your parameter list or installation drawing for quotation and sample arrangement.

What is your MOQ & production lead time for bulk and sample orders?

Standard finished packs MOQ is 50–100pcs; customized packs start at 200pcs. Regular sample lead time:7–15 working days; mass production cycle:25–40 working days after deposit confirmed. Sample cost can be deducted from your following bulk order when order quantity meets our agreed threshold.

What certifications do your LiFePO4 packs have for global shipment?

All packs pass UN38.3, MSDS for sea/air transportation; available CE, FCC, IEC62619 upon customer request. We provide full certification documents to help customers clear customs in EU, US, Southeast Asia and other regions smoothly.

How about warranty policy and after-sales service?

Standard warranty is 3–5 years counting from shipment date. We provide 7×24h online technical support; faulty products caused by raw material or manufacturing defects can be returned for repair or replacement per our after-sales agreement. Damage from improper operation or wrong charging is excluded from free warranty.
