Q1: What's the warranty period?

A1: As for our high C-rate Lipo cells, we usually provide 12+2 months warranty after the cells produced and sent out to you. If you need special warranty, please contact us to communicate.

Q2: What is the cycle life of the cells ?

A2: This is high C-rate battery cells, the cycles life is over 500 times @ 80% SOH, as for our models, the cycles life is from 600-1000 times @70%SOH depend on different models.

Q3: How long does this battery last in a drone?

A3: With 22000mAh capacity, drones like the DJI Agras T30 achieve up to 45 minutes of flight time per charge.

Q4: Can you print our brand logo on the battery cell ?

A4: Yes, OEM or ODM service is available, we can print your brand logo on the battery cells, but need you send your brand logo design to us and provide authorization to print your logo on the cells for you.

Q5: What is safety certificates do you have for this cell ?

A5: As for lipo cells, we have IEC, UL certificates for some battery cell models, but depend on different models, please contact us to communicate to exact model for certificates.

Q6:Do you have lipo cells certificates document for shipment ?

A6: Yes, as for lipo battery, we have related MSDS, UN38.3, certificate by sea or by air for almost models, if need us to provide DG packaging certificate for the cells too, please contact us freely.
