Do not charge in environments below 0°C or under direct sunlight.

Do not place the battery in damp places, immerse it in water, or expose it to rain.
Do not modify or disassemble the battery without authorization.

Can l have a sample order for battery?
Yes, we welcome sample order to test and check quality. Mixed samples are acceptable.
What about the lead time?
Sample needs 3-5 days, mass production time needs 2 weeks for order quantity more than.
What certifications do you have?
Isodium, MSDS, CE, ROHS, UL, and so on. All products in this series pass different labor tests according to different country requirements.
Do you have any MOQ limit for battery order?
Low MOQ, lpc for sample checking is available.
How to deal with the faulty?
Firstly, our products are produced in strict quality control system and the defective rate will beless than 0.2%. Secondly, during the guarantee period, we will send new battery with new order forsmall quantity.
