The application scenarios of motorcycles vary widely - urban commuting models pursue compactness and lightness, mountain and off-road models require high endurance and strong earthquake resistance, and overseas compliance models need to match local power standards. Different scenarios have completely different requirements for the capacity, voltage, size, and protection level of the lithium battery pack. In order to achieve precise matching with OEMs, we have established a product base with A-class power cells as the core. The entire series adopts first-tier brand A-grade batteries to ensure the cycle life (≥800 charge-discharge cycles), energy density and safety of the battery from the source. We refuse to mix and install inferior batteries, which fundamentally solves OEMs' concerns about battery life degradation and high failure rates.
In terms of parameter customization, we can flexibly customize mainstream voltages such as 36V/48V/60V and multi-speed capacities of 10Ah-20Ah according to the OEM's motor power (250W-1500W) and vehicle design layout. At the same time, we accurately calculate the balance between battery energy density and vehicle weight, so that the lithium battery pack not only meets the battery life needs, but also adapts to the vehicle's controllability. We have created a structural design system that combines standardization and customization for the mainstream installation positions of down tubes, seat tubes, and rear racks on motorcycles. The length, width, height, and installation interface of the lithium battery pack can be accurately adjusted according to the vehicle manufacturer's frame size and installation points. Seamless adaptation can be achieved without the vehicle manufacturer having to modify the frame design, significantly reducing the vehicle manufacturer's design and modification costs.
Self-developed BMS + customized structure
The core of the safety and adaptability of lithium battery pack lies in the BMS battery management system and structural design. With 10 years of R&D accumulation, we have created a self-developed customized BMS system specifically for motorcycle scenarios, abandoning the "one-size-fits-all" design of general-purpose BMS. We optimize the BMS's protection logic and response speed based on the discharge characteristics and usage environment of the motorcycle to achieve six levels of safety protection: overcharge, over-discharge, over-current, short circuit, high temperature, and over-voltage. At the same time, we accurately match the discharge curves of different motors to avoid problems such as motor damage and false battery life standards caused by power mismatch.
In response to complex scenarios such as vibration, bumps, and rain during motorcycle riding, we have made multiple customized upgrades in the structural design: an integrated anti-seismic bracket is paired with a high-strength shell to effectively buffer the vibration shock during riding and ensure the stability of the battery's internal structure; the IP65 waterproof and dustproof design meets the needs of all-weather use for urban commuting and outdoor riding; at the same time, the shell material, color, and LOGO silk screen can be customized according to the brand design needs of the OEM to achieve visual integration with the entire vehicle design. In addition, we have equipped the lithium battery pack with standardized XT60/XT90 and other mainstream interfaces, as well as customizable 6-pin/8-pin exclusive interfaces, taking into account plug-and-play convenience and the OEM's exclusive adaptation needs.
