Charging Precautions
1.Must use dedicated 84V–87.6V lithium charger with 6A or lower current (do not exceed recommended charging current).
2.Charge in a well-ventilated, dry, non-flammable indoor environment away from children and pets.
3.Never leave charging unattended for extended periods; charger should auto-stop at full charge.
4.Prohibit charging any battery pack showing swelling, leakage, damage or abnormal heating.
5.Do not charge the battery while it is connected to the vehicle/load or during riding.
6.Regularly check charging cable, plug, port and charger for wear, damage or poor contact.
Installation Precautions
1.Before installation, visually inspect the battery for any dents, cracks, leakage or swelling; do not install damaged packs.
2.Use multimeter to measure total voltage (should be ≈80–83V when fully charged); confirm normal before proceeding.
3.Correctly identify positive (+) and negative (-) terminals on controller; reverse connection will destroy BMS/controller/motor.
4.All exposed terminals and connections must be fully insulated with heat-shrink tubing or high-quality electrical tape.
5.Install battery in upright position; avoid upside-down or long-term horizontal placement.
6.Ensure at least 20–30mm clearance around the battery for heat dissipation and airflow.
7.After installation, re-check all wiring and voltage, then power on gradually and test at low speed first.
